Kamir Sp. z o.o. – a family-owned metal processing company based in Słupsk, Poland, specializing in laser cutting, bending, welding, and metal fabrication, with a strong export focus employing around 100 employees.

Challenge:

Kamir faced a critical leadership succession as the company owner was retiring. The company required a new Managing Director who could manage operational leadership, drive modernization and growth, and navigate the complex dynamics of a family-owned business undergoing generational transition.

    Maintained close communication with Kamir’s family and board to ensure alignment and confidence throughout the process.

  5. Offering Process and Transition Support:

    Advised Kamir on offering, negotiations phase and onboarding/handover to facilitate a smooth leadership change.
